Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed on weekdays will be processed the following business days. Then precedingly shipped out on the next coming weekend.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship within Australia.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order status using the provided link. If you haven't received a tracking number within 2 business days, please contact us at sinceritywear.co@gmail.com for assistance.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping currently. Please check back for updates regarding international shipping availability.

Lost or Damaged Orders

  2. Pack the Item
    Please securely package the item(s) you wish to return, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. Make sure the item is in its original, unused condition.
  3. Ship the Item Back
    Drop off the package with the carrier specified in the return instructions.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Lost or Stolen Items
